After 30+ years spent in the Healthcare industry in executive positions with various multinationals in different parts of the world, I wanted to share my expertise and intellectual capital to help enterprises operating in the Healthcare space grow their business and be successful. At the end of 2016, I founded ALTAIR INTERNATIONAL DWC-LLC, my own consultancy company, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. During my professional life, I have led several multifunctional and international organizations in different parts of the world, with personal responsibility for operations and results. This experience has helped me develop unique skills, not only the ability to quickly understand business environments and devise effective action plans, but, more importantly, to leverage human talent as a critical success factor.
